We recently had Greentek Carpet & Air come out to clean our carpets, and I was really impressed from start to finish. The pricing was fair, scheduling was easy, and they showed up right on time. Our carpets had plenty of dog hair, kid messes, and everyday wear, and they did a fantastic job bringing them back to life. The technician was polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in doing the job well. Everything was completed efficiently without feeling rushed. I would absolutely recommend Greentek to anyone looking for carpet cleaning, air vent cleaning, or dryer duct cleaning in Redmond, Bend, or anywhere in Central Oregon. We’ll definitely be using them again.

We hired Greentek to clean our heating ducts based on a recommendation from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly. He did a good job of cleaning the ducts and identified 2 detached vents. He was able to fully correct one. The other he applied duct tape as a temporary bandage and recommended that we have it professionally fixed. I felt that he went well beyond what was expected of him and I believe that such excellent customer service is deserving of recognition and reward. I am certain I will call them back next time that I need to have this work done.

We had Greentek come out to clean our ducts and dryer bent and couldn't have been any more satisfied! They were efficient, knowledgable, very careful with our home including putting plastic barriers at doorways, etc., to protect it from the hoses. Aaron was great about explaining what the process was and asking if we had any questions. We highly recommend Greentek!
