I tried working with 2 other concrete companies in Bend and communication was poor and slow to happen or business just stopped responding even after I said I’d except the quoted job. Trevor was quick with responses and had great communication all the way through. The initial estimate provided was agreed upon to fix an exposed aggregate concrete porch that was sinking and detached from column. When the work got started, I was contacted and told the job could be smaller than originally thought if I wanted to do that. The suggestion saved me almost $2k. I really appreciated the honesty and option instead of just doing the larger job that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Additionally, the crew did a great job keeping the site clean despite an inherently messy task. They even spread new bark chips
