He explained that he could likely get our roof replaced for just the cost of our insurance deductible, and I'm so glad we took him up on the offer! Justin was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, walked us through each step of the insurance claim, and was always available whenever we had questions. David Maynard was extremely professional, he quickly came up with a creative way to solve an issue that was specific to our roof and had it fixed in no time. He was also flexible with our schedule and even took it upon himself to touch up and weather proof some paint that was unrelated to the original issue. I would highly recommend David and will be asking for him personally if I have any issues in the future.
