We had an air conditioner installed for our home and Greenwood made the process by far, the most stress free and smooth experience. From initial contact for a quote appointment, then going through the details for decision making, and finally installation, every person we worked with was so knowledgeable and professional. Hot water heater burst and Greenwood got someone out on a Sunday to help stop the leak. In the process of getting us back on track a few names are worth mentioning. Tanner helped get our place dry and was very communicative during the process. Mike was the plumbing genius who dug deep and was able to get us a tankless. We’ve had amazing experiences using Greenwood’s electrical services. A year ago, we moved into a house that had old electrical wiring that was struggling to keep up with the demands of modern appliances. When Seattle had that awful cold spell in February ‘24, our heat pump kept tripping the circuit and we knew we needed to upgrade our electrical immediately.
