Greenwood Sewer Service

Recently I had septic pump issue. I called Greenwood sewer service office and a lady picked the call and sent his son Mr Joe to my property to have a look on the issue. He shown up in next 15 minutes and told me troubleshooting steps and i followed the same what he said, In few minutes issue fixed. Many other company quoted me few hundreds of dollars for the service, But Joe charges me 0$. YES you read it correct. its ZERO dollars. I offered to pay him for his time and guidance, but he told NO. He was in my property for around 40 minutes, shown me troubleshooting steps, fixed the issue, but charged Zero dollars. I really refer this people for any sewers service. Joe is wonderful and humble guy.

Arrived on time. Explained everything really well. Did the work quickly and clean (no mess left behind). The best price around (I called at least 4 providers, some were 2x more expensive for the same job.).

Greenwood did an excellent job of installing our new septic system.. they are very skilled and friendly. The work came out perfectly, passed all inspections and was done in a very timely manner. I would hire them again and again and highly recommend them!!!

It was the first time I contacted Greenwood for service, after moving into a new home. They didn't show up at the appointment (I stayed at home just for that). The lady on the phone apologized when I called to ask where they were. She offered to come the next morning at 9am. Nobody showed up. I called again. The lady said she would call the person on field ("I'm just the accountant"). No call back.
