Big thanks for getting us into our house after the only door malfunctioned!

Greenwoods help me get a fob to allow me to open my front door when driving my mobility scooter. He went out of his way to assist me. He came to my building and set it up for me and explained how to use it. I will definitely contact them again in the future.

I requested the services of an after-hours locksmith to visit my residence the following day. Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls, and no one arrived.mind you this is thanksgiving weekend and I was told the locksmith was in Wawa. But was told someone would be able to help me the next day. The next day came and went I placed a phone call to this company and left a voicemail with no return call. I understand there is always extenuating circumstances but usually good communication is the key to good customer service. I would not recommend this service.

I had posted on Facebook that I needed an old tractor moved about 75 km and received a message back from Scotty at Greenwoods, they apparently do some equpment moving and contracting work as well as the locksmith work. A couple days later the tractor was moved. Reasonable rates and great staff. Thanks!

Very kindly walked me; over several phone calls and with me sending photos, through solving my stuck in the door key problem. Thus saving me muchos money because I live rurally. It felt like a little miracle and I am greatly appreciative
