Gregory's Carpets

We have used Gregory's Carpets twice in the past 2 years. Their prices are terrific, service is outstanding, and their install team is exceptional. Thanks to all at Gregory's for both of our beautiful remodels!

For 10 years Gregory’s carpets has consistently performed well for me. The staff in the sales office makes great carpet suggestions with products that look good and wear well. Their installers are professional & quick! I enjoy working with this nice team, and they value my loyalty. Thank you, Gregory’s, each time you help me. This last job in November was super again!

We had an excellent experience with Gregory's. From floor staff helping us pick colors and type (thanks Kelly!) to the folks who installed everything after removing the old carpet, we have nothing but good things to say!

Remove carpet and existing wood flooring and replaced with new wood flooring. Rating 1 to 10 on installation, matching existing 9. Rating 1 to 10 on how much cleaning I had to do after they left (furniture, sawdust mixed dust everywhere, glue on door jambs, glue on existing floor some I haven't been able to remove, bath tub and lavatories nasty from where the workers clean their tools and hands glue on lavatory faucets etc) rate 2. Customer service, once I signed the contract and sent money no customer service. Rated 2 . The installation was very good and if you dont mind spending 2+ hours after they leave to clean up their mess and shakey customer service then hire them

Great staff. Best place to shop for any flooring needs. Love the warehouse guys. Great at unloading and loading. Very clean workplace! Keep up the good work Gregory’s!
