He is HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD, and helps you every step of the way! From showing you the best bang for your buck, to get talking you through exactly where your money is going and being invested into. He knows the products inside and out and always has time for any questions or concerns. He treated my family and I like we were his own. We are so happy we chose Griffin's Flooring America (Lexington Park, MD)! Bruce helped us find the perfect option for us (we have 2 dogs and 4 cats) and was always available to answer our questions. Richard and Mike are just fantastic! They did an amazing job installing luxury vinyl planks throughout the entire house. They also made sure our cats didn't run away and we are very grateful for that :) We were also super happy with Kenneth, the plumber they sent to empty and move the water heater. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I just wanted comment on the wonderful customer service I received today at the California and Hollywood locations. I needed a few pieces of flooring to match what I had purchased from Griffin a few years back. I called and spoke with Tyler and he suggested I check at the Hollywood warehouse the gentlemen there were both very helpful and managed to find a damaged box with enough for what I needed free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find that kind of service. Thank you!

We had new carpet installed just last week and the quality of the carpet is wonderful! It's so plush, thick and looks amazing! Its like walking on a cloud, its so soft. Gwen was our point of contact, and Gwen was very polite, professional and kind to work with. She is also very knowledgeable which made it very easy for us to understand and select what we thought would be best for our house.
