I had a backup on three separate occasions and dealt with Drew, Lynch, and Mike and had a WONDERFUL experience each time. They are extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to identify the problem quickly and at no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage or overcharge me for anything unnecessary. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know!

Had an emergent plumbing issue late on a Sunday night. Got a bit of a runaround from another bigger local company and decided to call Matters a little after midnight, and left a message with the service. At this point the other company said they could get to us at 7:30 AM on Monday. They later said it would be sometime between 9-6. While this was all happening we could not use any water and toilets had backed up into the house. Got a return call from Drew at Matters around 7:30 AM in the morning and he was very pleasant and actually apologized for not getting to answer my call (mind you that call was at 1215 AM and I didn't really expect anyone to answer). Mike and Matters Plumbing was excellent. We had an emergency in our one bathroom cottage with elderly guests visiting on a Friday early evening. Mike called back courteously and quickly and within 2 hours had a repair person out who completed the repair super fast. He also recommended replacing just the tank instead of the whole toilet saving us money as well. We will definitely recommend Mike, Billy and Matters. Thank you.

After getting what I considered to be outrageous quotes from some of the well-known plumbers in Leonardtown, a friend suggested I call Matters and it was great advice. We needed sump pumps replaced in the crawl space and a hidden leak in the upstairs bathroom. Drew was out the next morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the bathroom leak. I was impressed and asked him for a quote on the sump pump work. It was less than half the cost I'd been quoted from other plumbers, and within 2 days, all work was complete. Drew was courteous and professional, explaining the work and answering my questions as he proceeded. Great service at a great price, that is all I can ask for in a contractor. Thanks Drew!

Fantastic service and pricing from start to finish! We had issues with our main sewer drain pipe to the septic system, awoke to bubbling/non flushing toilet and drains, stressful! I suspected tree roots since the prior homeowner had planted a (now mature) tree just a few feet away from the septic line. Called 1st thing in the morning and spoke with Mike, who assured me that we would get service that day, and that one of his technicians would be getting back to me. Within 10 minutes I had a call from Drew, stating he would get to me that day, and even worked with an existing appointment I had.
