I had an issue with my furnace backdrafting, Jerry came out, diagnosed it and it was fixed that day. They also told me they’d be there between 6-10pm but he was right down the road so he drove over and was there within the hour. Top notch service. Thanks Griffith and Thanks Jerry.

Awful, steer clear. They really left us in the lurch during a remodel. We rented a tank from them before our range was installed. We were waiting on contractors to start the install for the range. They did the tank installation and a few weeks went by. Out of the blue, we received a call from them saying they were going to pick up the tank THAT DAY due to inactivity. No notice whatsoever, and I emphasized that the contractors were coming within a week. They repossessed the tank that same day, against our many requests not to. Had been totally paid up for weeks. There is no rationale for this. I was renting the tank, had paid all invoices. Why do they care if it isn't being used yet? Getting a reinstallation through them would have been weeks out, and would have totally screwed up our rem

I have used Griffith Energy for my home heating oil for more than eight years. Their service has always been dependable and deliveries always arrive on time as promised. Staff is very knowledgeable and always provides the best price available for heating oil. Griffith Energy's monthly payment plan provides a great opportunity for customers to spread heating oil cost over an entire year instead of spending a large sum at one time. Jason Your service tech CAME CAME TO MY RESCUE ON THE 16TH. NO oil. Delivery promised first week in Deember."which has yet to be delivered"!!!. Jason called and said he was bribging me oil. AND he did .Also made furnace was working..Heis a caring. friengely and completes the job. Very much dis apointed in your oil delivery so far this year. I am 97 years old living alone in my home. Sooo you must imagine how I felt without heat. I hope you do all you can to retain Jason. maybe yiu can improve your delivery service. Blessings Mrs Oeterman

I am very disappointed and am looking elsewhere for service. I had a new oil furnace installed by the company that I have a service plan with (not griffith, since in the past when I had it they did nothing-no inspections-just took my money). I called today because my tank is out of oil and my newly installed furnace can't work without oil. The girl who answered the phone says "we can come out later this month and because you didn't have us install the furnace that will be $119 for the visit." what?! My house is freezing cold and I currently have no heat or oil. She hangs up on my to place me on hold. No plans for a scheduled oil delivery until the fall, yet temps here are still hovering around freezing at night. In addition, whenever i've had to interact with a woman there (can't r
