Austin Schriber, Home Comfort Specialist is certainly is well versed in customer service! He was very patient, and provided us with many different boiler options. He followed up in a timely manner and gave us enough time to think about our decision. If we had any questions, he was always there to help. We highly recommend him!

Jason came out today for our annual cleanings and what a breath of fresh air this gentleman is. He is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and just a happy guy. He went through the process of what is was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He is terrific.

The facility needs some work, but the staff are amazing! They treated me very nicely, gave me a tour, and we talked for well over an hour and a half. It was a pleasurable experience.

The heat pump at our rental property died a week before we had tenants coming in, and right before a big cold front. Rodney was able to get us a quote and schedule our installation right away, and was happy to answer the many questions we had. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Dave installed our new heat pump, and he was wonderful! He kept us updated on how things were going throughout the day, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. He also made sure the work area was spotless when he left. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative of how they were able to work with us to get our new equipment installed in an emergency!
