Kevin was awesome! I called to get a leak fixed in my shower fully expecting to wait a week or more to get in. GPS was able to come out the same day. Kevin was very friendly, knowledgeable, upfront and honest with what he was going to do and what he found. Cleaned up after he was complete with his work. Very happy with GPS and Kevin!

Fast, friendly service. Quoted me for a tankless hot water heater, and it was very reasonable. Warranty is excellent. After my experience today with Kevin, I can't recommend GPS enough. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He came to the house and immediately went to work at troubleshooting and pinpointed the leak I had quickly and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. He had everything fixed in a short amount of time and then went over the repair with me and showed exactly what he did. I was pretty impressed. I was extremely happy with the quick response and the price for the repair. GPS you've earned a new customer and I'll definitely be calling in the future if I ever need plumbing repairs. On Monday we woke up to a major plumbing issue. Long story short, after calling GPS we were informed that everyone was out on job sites already but the first available plumber would be in touch with us by the afternoon. True to their word, thats exactly what happened. Jason arrived, identified the issue, made us aware of the cost and then went to work. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice. We are pleased with his work and would recommend GPS to others. We plan on using GPS’s other services, air and dryer vent cleaning, in the near future.

I called this morning about an issue with my water heater they were quick with getting someone out to help. We had Donnie and he did a fantastic job with informing me about what cause the issue and what he was going to do to resolve it. He worked at a timely manner and the quality was on point.
