I had a very positive experience with Long’s replacement of our aging water heater. They were very prompt with fixing our issue and completely professional. I was so impressed that I had them come back and install a water softener. I would recommend this business without reservation.

Today was not my first experience with this company which is why I felt completely happy to call them back to my home. The professionalism, quality of work and ability to explain the problem and options are top notch. In addition, the final cost was very reasonable. I plan to replace my water heater later this year and will be giving them a call.

We had a non-emergent kitchen sink problem. We called Saturday morning and got an apologetic call Sunday night because Mark was gone all weekend. We let him know that ours was not an emergency but to call us when he could have someone come out and look at it. Jesse came out today and did a great job! He actually found another issue with our dishwasher and fixed that while he was here, saving us more issues down the road! It can be difficult to find someone trustworthy and reliable - we are so glad that we did!

Longs plumbing will always have my business. This company has years of knowledge and experience. Jim long and Erik long are absolute experts their work and customer service is top notch. Don't wasted your time and money calling their competitors the work speaks for its self!!!!

The Long's are always kind and courteous. We have used them on multiple occasions from installing faucets to plumbing emergencies. They are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and do good work.
