Zimmerman Homes

We used Zimmerman Homes most recently in 2021. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They broke ground in July and we were in our new home in time for Christmas. Zimmerman Homes has built my parent’s home, two of my cousins’ homes, my aunt and uncles home, plus done several renovation projects for us. One of the renovations won a beautification award. Our dream house has so many special touches and features that makes it a home. We love our kitchen from the tile work, custom layout, amazing cabinets, and concept. We were able to design the perfect kitchen for our growing family. From our first introduction meeting to moving into our home, Zimmerman Homes' team worked flawlessly together to ensure every detail in our home was perfect. Zimmerman Homes partners with in the best subcontractors who take pride in the quality of their work. Today's construction world is unpredictable, but Zimmerman Homes communicated excellently with us throughout our design, selection, and building process. If a product we selected became unavailable, they always had backup options for us to consider. Even after move-in, they continue to be so responsive to any questions we have. You will not find a better custom home builder than Zimmerman Homes.

From the moment we met Lee Martin, the "front man" of Zimmerman Homes we knew their company was the right one to build our custom dream home. Lee was forthright, obviously knew the intricacies of the construction business and home design, was not a hard sell type, and he truly understood the type of house we were planning to build. I give Zimmerman Homes an excellent rating. They built us a beautiful, quality home at a good price. They were competent, reliable, and honest. They worked with us every step of the way. The home design they created together with us is excellent. My daughter and I have been living in the house for almost a month, and I am very pleased. One of their outstanding attributes is integrity. Starting with the contract which was written in plain, easy to understand language and gave protection to both parties. They built us the house that we were seeking. Zimmerman worked out issues fairly and with quality work. They went beyond what was required such as laying pavers for us at no charge. In my experience with Zimmerman, I feel they have fulfilled the commandment to love thy neighbor as thy self.

We could not be more pleased with Zimmerman Homes and the work they have done for us. In 2018, they built us our custom dream home, working with us to tweak the plans and making suggestions along the way. Lee, Rick, Gary, and the entire team communicated with us through the whole process, and made sure we were happy with every detail. Our project was finished on time and under budget. We have since had Zimmerman come back to finish our basement playroom space, and most recently to build a large outdoor living space attached to our home.
