These guys are great! I called feeling pretty clueless about why my spa stopped working and they didn't make me feel bad about it. They offered quick trouble shooting, had an easy escalation option, and were out to address the problem very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Grimes Pool has consistently provided prompt, friendly, and excellent service. We are currently in the process of working with Jesse on replacing a pump and installing a new cover and cover lifter. He work is excellent. I can recommend Grimes Pool for its excellent service.
