Grindstone Mechanical

I came home and it was chilly in my house. When I checked the thermostat, it read 71 degrees. When I left this morning, it was on 75. I contacted HomeServe and they connected me with a provider in my area (Euclid) who wasn't able to come until the next day. I called HomeServe back and asked if there was any other provider who could come the same day. They weren't able to find a provider in my area but said they'd check to see if there was one who could come the same day. They connected me with Grindstone Mechanical. I called the company and asked for an estimated arrival time. The response was that Mike would be there within an hour. He had finished a job and when asked if he would take another one he agreed (this was at shortly after 5 pm). I'm so glad he did. Mike showed up with

George, the mechanic, took the time to clearly explain every step of the work he was completing on my furnace. He was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond my expectations. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would highly recommend both George and this company.

Although I had IGS home service, I had the pleasure of working with Grindstone Mechanical working on my furnace. The mechanic Mike was very professional and explained every process he was completing on my furnace. I would highly recommend this company. Mike made sure he cleaned up after he finished his job. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

A big shout out to George at Grindstone Mechanical as he always goes above and beyond with the recent service he provided with the AC unit. He is timely, efficient and provides the customer with a recap of what was done and what the next steps are. I wish more service people had the same work ethic and dependability. Thank you for your help and providing great service. In today's society that seems to be a rarity. Grindstone Mechanical, George is truly a valuable asset to your company and customers.
