We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pools and Bob and his team! With a spring install we knew we would have spring weather working against us and this spring brought a lot of rain! That did not slow Bob and his crew, they were here as long as the weather was safe and even snuck in a few weekends to keep our project on track! The end project is beautiful and we could not be happier. We had an extensive excavating project with lots of uneven land and I love that this was truly a one stop shop! I highly recommend Mr. Pools! The continued customer support and weekly water testing while I learn my system has been invaluable! I am also so happy we decided on our auto cover and fiberglass pool design. It’s amazing!

2024 Update: It's been two years and we are still LOVING our pool and the amazing service from Bob and his team! I appreciate how responsive they are, and when they prioritize anything urgent - and Bob's willingness to answer my "newbie" questions along the way. We continue to use the team to open/close our pool and address any non-simple maintenance issues that we can't tackle on our own. What can I say about Mr Pools company and the entire team that hasn’t been already said in the other reviews? Well, I’ll start by saying that it is because of the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews that I read after seeing 2 work trucks one day driving to and from work. I went home & read through each & every review on google before I made the decision to reach out to Mr. Pools. My pool had & still has a lot of TLC in its future, however, Bob came to my house, assessed the pool, educated us on the needs for our pool and provided us with a quote that we were able to work with. Outstanding customer service. I read every review before I called for a a quote. They have a great selection of liner samples to look over and are experts in design and matching your needs to the right equipment. What mattered most to me was the open communication from start to finish. My only regret was not getting the ball moving sooner and scheduling a consultation for our liner repair and equipment updates. We waited until last October and had some issues getting the pool measured and winterized before the leaves began to fall. I strongly suggest that if you plan to make updates, reach out as soon a possible to be at the top of the job list when spring arrives. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and the new pump, filter and heater are quiet, efficient and easy to use. Thank you Bob, and
