It’s rare that I enjoy being behind a work van on the commute home from work, but my experience behind Grizzly Glass was a 10/10. If they fix glass as well as they drive, I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Grizzly Glass for making my commute home enjoyable.

I recently had a great experience with grizzly glass in Sandpoint. I had a broken windshield on my boat and my Polaris UTV. I called and spoke to Brittany who was very friendly and she made an appointment with me to have a tech come measure and pattern the windows the next day. Shane called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. After measuring, the office was called, a quote was provided, agreed upon, and Shane removed both windows to take with him for templates. 2 days later, same situation, phone call, arrival, installation complete! Shane was friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk with while he worked. I would definitely use Grizzly glass again! I needed to get my windshield replaced and I'm so happy I decided to use Grizzly. I was on the schedule in 2 days, they helped me find a coupon, and the installation took less than an hour. The new windshield is beautiful. I'm very happy with the results and I was super impressed with the excellent customer service.

Great customer service! Didn't have to wait long to get in, and when they weren't able to do entire planned service (safety feature recalibration after the glass installation) they communicated it immediately, removed those charges, and advised how/where to have it done.

This was the only glass place in town that answered our call in less than 10 minutes. The office person did a great job scheduling us on a full day, and she was very helpful once I arrived. Our rock chip was repaired in 15 minutes. Navigating the parking while waiting and then backing out (with no help) once finished were a little challenging given the shops limited space. Even though service was great, I probably won't bring our large van back to the Sandpoint location.
