Dan has been servicing our rental properties for years and is always fast to respond. Accommodates last-minute/urgent issues as often as he's able (and let's face it in the plumbing arena it's often urgent). He works with us on our short-term rentals as well, which are often short and strict time windows. He's easy to work with, competitive in pricing, and goes out of his way to have conversations with owners when needed. Highly recommend!

Hukills plumbing quoted me $2500 for a repair. Dan came and did the repair in a very timely manner for $200. That is hard to argue with.
