My girlfriend hired this company to install a wall bed she had purchased. The work they did seemed fine until we noticed that the brackets holding on one of the face panels for when its closed were ripped out, and additionally two of them were missing. There were multiple spots where they were ripped out, so clearly they knew and just didn't address it. She texted them asking what happened and was told they'd get her taken care of. However, due to the obvious neglect to acknowledge the damage they caused, I decided to fix it myself. She had to ask that the two brackets that were missing be returned, of which only one was dropped back off to our house, along with some wood glue and screws that they included to fix it. Mike was very responsive and respectful of my home. I had just moved and had a bunch of furniture to assemble, but not enough time. I also had him install an electronic door lock which is working seamlessly. I actually used his service twice and will continue to use it in the future!

Mike was a good communicator and very polite and got the job done with care and respect. I needed help to install a new window ac. He squeezed me in on a hot day and was attentive to detail. He considered smaller details and final touches such as helping me carry the old ac unit out to my car and helping me out by looking up where to properly dispose of it. He was very respectful, personable and pleasant. I would recommend him for your handyman needs!

I can’t say enough great things about Michael Fuentes. He’s super professional, great communication, and made sure that i had everything needed prior to install of a window air conditioner in a very old house….to the point of sending me a google link to an item that could be helpful for installation. I called Michael to urgently install a window air conditioner. during triple digit weather. He had other client calls scheduled for that day but squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon on a scorching hot day and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. If you need a handyman, don’t hesitate to reach out to Northwest Handyman…i will definitely be using their services again!

Several plumbers predicted that my 35 year old house did not have a water pressure regulator valve. Micheal knew right where to find it under the house. After adjusting he correctly determined that it needed replacement. Engaged, responsive, efficient and a keen problem solver. Highly recommended!
