Chris and Mike were on time and did a quality job! No remodel is without its problems but Chris handled everything that came his way. Their attention to detail and communication with me as the homeowner was something I had never experienced with a contractor before. Chris is also a genuinely nice guy! I won’t hire anyone else when it comes to plumbing.

We returned home from an extended trip to find our main water line leaking despite the fact we turned off our water while away! It turned out the issue was a leak from the main water line into our house – BEFORE the water meter. Fixing this was a major project. It required digging up the entire water line from the curb to where it entered our basement. It required rerouting the water line to avoid trees that were planted in 1992 which had no grown extensive roots. It required drilling into the foundation to enable the new water line to enter the house at a different angle. It required dealing with Miss Utility, Washington Gas, and WSSC.
