We hired Ground FX to do the landscaping at The Louie Boutique Motel in Nye Beach and the entire experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and delivered top-quality work. Corey, who managed the on-site details, was great to work with — super knowledgeable and made sure everything turned out beautifully. From the removal of the pampas grass, to clearing out the existing culvert, extending the culvert, building a great parking pad, the beautiful retaining wall, improving the drainage system including a French drain, the fantastic fence, the solid gates, and the cabling to work around the neighbors tree, it has all been done with care, professionalism, and excellence. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Corey was quick to reach out and work through them with me (the water and gas lines, the extra rocks along the south wall to fill the gap below the fence, what to do with the plants along the driveway). When the job was all done, the crew cleaned everything up and left the place looking amazing.

We had an artificial turf project done and I have almost all positive to say about the whole experience with Ground FX. Positive: (From all involved: Blair, Corey, Luis and the crew) 1. Talked, looked, acted and worked professionally 2. All were courteous in their interactions with me. 3. Completed the work within the time frame promised. 4. During the work process I had questions and Luis responded in a very timely manner. 5. The quality of work was excellent. 6. Project turned out better than I had hoped it would. Negative: 1. They left our side yard ( their staging area) in a rough condition. This area was just gravel to begin with but when they left it was torn up by the tracks of their equipment. I did 4 out of 5 because they charged me for what I thought was a courtesy follow up. They agreed & offered to only charge half which showed me they are flexible. I utilized them for a large scale bamboo install of close to 75 3 gal. plants of multiple strains (black & giant grey timber). Pictures are after plants list some leaves after initial transplant stress but will be back in the spring with new shoots. I have found their staff to be professional & attentive as well as cleaned up their mess. I was concerned that their pricing was higher than other bids initially but they do quality work as you get what you pay for commonly.
