Jesse and Scott are spectacular! Jesse crawled under the house and replaced our leaking water pipe. He is respectful, kind, funny, hardworking and efficient. We feel terrible that we forgot to tip him! He was exceptional and we will remain loyal to Newport Plumbing because they never fail to treat us fairly and do a great job

Technicians are rude and entitled. A couple of tech's servicing my neighbor ran over a set of cones I had out for a semi truck delivery at my place of work. When I confronted them he said it's a public street and he can park here if he wants. The neighbor intervened and had his repark across the street. Seemed ridiculous and rude. Beware

Thank you to Newport Plumbing for another job well done at our home. John S was our plumber this time, he did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen faucet with our new Moen fixture, a new drain set up in one of our bathrooms, plus replacing an outdoor hose bib for us. John S was polite, worked very quickly, and left a clean jobsite. We had not asked for the bathroom drain fix when requesting the appointment, but he said he could fix it quickly and had the parts on the truck with him! We highly recommend Newport Plumbing in Newport, on the Oregon Coast. We will use them next time we need them and recommend them to family, friends, and clients.

Newport plumbing did a fantastic job. From Scott coordinating everything and working with our schedules and the bad weather. To John coming out and replacing a lot of old copper pipe that was leaking and installing some external shutoff valves. This new setup makes everything so much nicer. Great customer service from both of them. John was very professional and made sure we knew exactly what he did and how it will all flow. We highly recommend them.

If you own a business on the bayfront in Newport, don’t bother calling these plumbers. They won’t show up, claiming there is no parking on the bayfront, even though there is a wide open 60 minute loading zone that can be used. Additionally, they won’t call to let you know that they aren’t going to show up, leaving you waiting past the timeframe you were given. Loosing the chance to win over a business that would have supplied them with 30+ years of service calls, as well as personal service calls, is the reward for poor customer service.
