I built a home in 1986 and Grounds Scapes installed my Master landscaping plan and sprinkler system. They have been servicing my lawn all these years. Recently, I built a new home and I proudly had them landscape and install a new sprinkler system. It's not often one gets the same company thirty-six years later to perform services. This company is definitely doing something right. Jim Humphrey and his staff should be proud of this accomplishment.

If you want work done don't use this company. I called on a Monday to have my sprinkler system repaired, the gentleman I spoke to said he could come out on Tuesday to do the work and that he would call me so I could meet him at my house and show him where the problem was. Tuesday came and went and I didn't hear from him so I called on Wednesday to see what happen, he gave no explanation as to why he didn't call me or why he didn't show up. I made another appointment for Thursday, but once again he did not call, so I called him when I got home from work, and once again he gave no explanation of why he did not call me. And when I was giving him my address he hung up on me! And when I called him back he wouldn't answer. Strange way to run a business.
