They were very prompt for our 8:00 AM dryer repair appointment. They resolved our issues with our noisy dryers. They work together very quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant to converse with. They did a great, outstanding job. Their repair costs were very reasonable. I would recommend them for service repair to our friends and neighbors.

Amazing! They were able to fix my dryer the next morning and it only took about 1/2 hour to assess and repair. This was even more important to me, as the house is a rental and I didn't have to have my renter's wait a long time. So thankful that they were able to take care of this right away and the invoice was very reasonable!!

My refrigerator’s ice maker production had slowed way down, so I called Guarantee Appliance. They were able to come the next morning, and seemed quite professional and knowledgeable. Issue was repaired quickly and with good results. Later in the day, the office called to say their math had been off by one digit and so my bill was adjusted by a few dollars which I also really appreciated. I will definitely use again, and I recommend giving this business your business.

Friendly, professional, courteous. Reasonable rate. When I called, the guy was able to come check out our broken dryer the next day, had the parts in his truck, and was able to fix it right away! So we were able to get back to the laundry before it piled up too high! He was also very upfront about the cost. There were no surprises.
