I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this oil company after being a loyal customer for five years. I placed an oil delivery order on 2/9 with delivery date of 2/11. By 2/12 — heading straight into a holiday weekend — the oil had still not been delivered. There was no proactive communication, no urgency, and absolutely no guarantee that my order would be fulfilled in a timely manner. The only updates I received were when I took it upon myself to call. Each time, I was given a different excuse. To make matters worse, when I expressed understandable frustration — after they had already taken my payment and failed to deliver — I was met with attitude instead of accountability. First excuse I received was they couldn’t get to me that day. Second excuse was they are still

Easy to set up an account online and schedule delivery. I give 4 stars because they held withdrew $800 in my account from the day I placed the order until a week later when the difference was credited to my account (approx $350). Next time I’ll be sure to order with a credit card.

Easy to order online. Helpful customer service when I’ve had questions. They were very understanding when it was clear that the old gauge on our oil tank was inaccurate.

Supplied oil at the going rate. During oil shortage due to cold snap, they supplied within 4 days to a new customer when others were scheduling over a week. Responded to a customer service call outside of normal business hours. I would use them again.
