My friend got locked out of her car at my house, and was desparate. We had never heard of Guero's, but Alejandro arrived in exactly 20 minutes, just like he said he would. He got the car open in under 10 minutes, and was super curteous, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time. When my friend said she was going to submit her receipt for insurance, he even told her how he was going to email her a detailed inboice to go with it to make sure the process would be smooth. Alejandro to the rescue! Sunday evening and locked out of my house. I just started at the top of the search results for “locksmith open now”… the first two I called took my order and then called back to cancel within a few minutes because they didn’t have a tech available. Alejandro was my 3rd call… he took my order and called back a few minutes later… his techs were on jobs lasting longer than expected… so he called to tell me he was personally coming out to help. Amazing. I nearly cried (I thought he was going to cancel on me too). He arrived in about 20 minutes, worked quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be more grateful. We got locked out at Spirit Mountain Casino and when we called for help, Alejandro was in Portland on another job. Gave us the number for another person, they didn't answer so I called Alejandro back and he said he would rack his brain to figure out someone he could contact to come help us. About 10 minutes later, a good samaratin found our keys. I called Alejandro back and he was relieved but said he'd been blowing up his phone to find us some help. He went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated!
