Eric is an amazing contractor. For every $1 of his services, I got $2 of value! A few years ago, I bought a gently sloping ocean view lot which has never been developed. It's a small parcel, but Eric hauled off about 10 dump truck loads of debris. Eric told me once the lot was graded, the idea of what to put on it would become more clear. In the end he did some research for me to better understand how to tie in the utilities. Whether I build, or sell the lot, his grading services have added considerable value. And to top things off, Eric is super responsive to my questions either by phone or text. I certainly hope to do more business with Eric in the near future!

He shows up when scheduled on time, completes the project in a timely manner and definitely listens to homeowners thoughts and suggestions and makes good suggestions. Eric helped us fix a broken water line to our house and was able to quickly get us back up and running with a new connection and line to the house. Not the easiest of jobs, due to tree roots and slope, but he tackled it and got it done in a day. He is a great guy, easy to work with and has excellent communication and follow-up . We called Mountain Man Excavation after heavy rains caused a landslide to overtake half our driveway. They responded quickly and suggested a few different ways prevent it from happening again. A short time later we had our driveway back and a beautiful stone retaining wall.

Eric is a pro at what he does. He's super knowledgeable, responsive, and gets the job done quickly and correctly. He helped me with a variety of things on a new build including a dig out and post-build landscaping / rain garden. Eric did an excellent job on all of it, and was timely, responsive and super easy to work with. Can't recommend enough!
