I owned Villa Construction, Inc. before I retired. I have used Top Roofing for over 20 years. They were always prompt and on schedule. I have built many homes Ocean Front and never a leak or damaged roofing. They have always done my personal homes and I wouldn't use anyone else.
I am a builder in Pacific City Oregon. The weather conditions here are harsh, and I am able to use them for everything. They do top quality work, show up on time, and finish on schedule. Great team to work with!
