We first hired Eric to renovate our kitchen, including removing a wall and working with a structural engineer to install a support beam. He was professional, communicated well throughout the project, showed up when he said he was going to be there, clean, had very nice and trustworthy subs, and worked within the scope of the project and the budget. Eric was also very patient with me and my particular design choices. We felt comfortable having him in our home and he is great with kids and dogs too. He did such a great job that throughout the years we have continued to hire him for both small and large projects and renovations to include renovating our master bath, our daughter’s bathroom, lay new flooring, build a pony wall, install new banisters, and more. We recently had new countertops and backsplash installed in our kitchen and we could not be happier with the completed project. Eric went above and beyond when it was realized the old plumbing had to be re-done to accommodate the new sink and connecting pipes to dishwasher. We will definitely be using Guinness again in the future.
