The salesperson took the time to explain our options and the process clearly, which made us feel confident in our decision. The installation crew, Ryan and Joe, were outstanding. They were very considerate of our property, worked efficiently, and the installation of our new sliding glass door was flawless. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Gulfstream Glass and highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows or doors in the New Smyrna Beach area.

I had a terrible experience with Gulf Stream Glass and would not recommend them to anyone. Communication was poor from the start — calls and messages went unanswered for days, and when I finally did get a response, it felt rushed and unprofessional. The job itself was even worse. Measurements were clearly wrong, installation was sloppy, and the finished work looked nothing like what was promised. When I pointed out the issues, they were defensive instead of helpful and made no effort to fix their mistakes. On top of that, timelines were completely ignored. What was supposed to be a straightforward job dragged on far longer than agreed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Just had the folks at Gulfstream Glass come out and place a glass door at the office… The two gentlemen were in and out in about an hour and half and cleaned up completely after themselves… The door looks great and the idea behind getting it installed worked…noise level is way down and can’t hear the other guys I work with in the other offices, or truly they can’t hear me… Thank you David, Tony and the install men…nice work!

Professional all the way... Definitely a reason why Chad is front and center with customers. Responsive and always there to support his clients. Whether new product installation or service of existing product, Chad has always made certain things are taken care of. Recently had an issue with water intrusion after a re-installation, Chad had Jason come out and addressed the issue. Jason spent over 3 hours ensuring every areas was reviewed and all remediation was addressed.
