I just decided to move forward with Gulfstream Pools after meeting with several pool builders, and I wanted to leave a review based on my experience so far because it may help someone else who is trying to decide who to trust with their project. Out of the four pool builders I spoke with, Drew, the owner of Gulfstream Pools, stood out the most. One thing I really appreciated was that you work directly with the owner who actually builds the pools and runs the company, not a salesperson. That made a big difference in the experience. What really impressed me was that he didn’t try to oversell me. Instead of pushing upgrades or unnecessary add-ons, he actually explained what I truly needed and what I didn’t. If you are looking to put in an inground pool…let me tell you about Gulfstream Pools!! I am not one whom trusts new people so easily and I can get a bit picky sometimes. But this company and all their crew won me over very quickly! They are very professional, so polite and so patient when asking questions. Anna whom works in the office is such an amazing person. She makes navigating the “getting started process”, so stress free. Thank you for your amazing help & beautiful personality Anna. The owner Drew was also great to deal with in coming out to discuss the project with us and seeing our vision as well as adding a bit of his own with ours. Wow! Great experience! We had heard so many horror stories about pool builders and were very nervous going in. Drew, Jared, Trevor, Brad and Anna and all the guys were fabulous to work with. Exceeded our expectations. Very professional and very attentive. Detail oriented and over communicated where they were in the process. I highly recommend them to anyone as this was a fun great experience and not a horror story! Thanks again everyone for the great quality and years of fun and memories ahead!

I would highly recommend them to install your fiberglass pool. They had my pool installed and ready to swim in about three weeks. These guys are pros and will get it done. They have installed three other pools in my neighborhood with no complaints and 5 star reviews. Everyone from the owner, to the logistics (Anna) , and the crew and crew leader( Jared), are awesome. You can tell the owner Drew and all employees take pride in their work. The best part is they don’t leave you hanging after everything is paid. I still text to ask about pool care and they respond.

Drew and his crew do a really great job. They took their time to meet all of my requests. Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions. They did not mind explaining every step of the building process. Anything that I wanted slightly altered at the end of the job was met with prompt attention. I even ordered a heater after the pool was finished and it was installed very quickly. Great work guys, keep it up.
