I used an online site to find a Gutter professional in my area on a Sunday afternoon. Within 2 hours I received a call from Rick at Gutter Filter Specialists. After speaking with him he was able to come to my house the next day and give me an estimate. I told him of the overflow problems my house had with my current gutters, and wanted covers over them so I didn't have to get on a ladder every year to clean them out. He gave me an estimate and I was so happy with the materials he showed me and all the information and videos on their website it was a no brainer. I had my new gutters installed that same week. I am beyond happy with the result. Thank you. I will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Call them if you have gutter issues.

After the derecho, we had a piece of fascia fall off. We contacted Gutter Filter Specialists to replace it. They came to replace the piece that fell off but it didn’t match the existing fascia. Owner (Rick) decided that after replacing the piece that fell off, our house was not worth the drive (22 minute drive in the CR area) to complete. We now have fascia that doesn’t match. Owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. He told us to contact a contractor to replace the second piece because it essentially was a waste of his time to come back. We do not recommend using them for anything.

Gutter Filter Specialists did an outstanding job installing new gutters, downspouts and the MasterShield Gutter Protection. Rick Mellor was very helpful in helping us make the decision to go with the MasterShield product. Excellent company to deal with.
