Gutter Pro

I’ve been using them for years. Then today they did this to my pool. It’s going to take all day to clean this up. I will not be using them again. And no I didn't ask you to leave and I didn't slam any doors. I called the office to speak to someone and they said they would call back. I never heard anything.

SCAM!!! They sold me an upgrade. Said because of the upgrade they could come next day. Came the following day. Stayed 10 minutes, then left. I received a text stating “something came up and unable to finish job”. No service received. Called the office and was given the run around. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I have used Gutter Pro since 2017 and every year they have provided excellent service at one of the best prices I could find. This year they found issues I was unaware of with the gutter attachment to my house that was causing a waterfall and a potential leak issue at a PVC vent. They fixed both issues in short order and provided before and after photos showing the work they had done. I highly recommend Gutter Pro if you need your gutters cleaned and or repaired.

The 2 guys that came out to clean out gutters we're great. It was cold and wet outside but they were very professional. I had concerns about the gutters pulling away from the house but I didn't mention it to them. After they were done they sent me the invoice and also emailed me a quote for reattaching the gutters. They did not try and upsale anything and only quoted additional work that they thought would be needed. I just accepted the quote because of the great experience we had with them cleaning the gutters.

I contacted them on recommendation of neighbor. I told them I had gutter covers at the time of the quote. I was not at home when service was done and paid the invoice upon receipt. Later I noticed one of the covers on the ground, and then water overflowing the gutter. When I contacted them, they told me that the quote was just for blowing off the roof! They said there is an extra charge for removing the covers. I wanted the gutters cleaned out and had they told me that was needed at the time of service, I would have said yes. Instead, the tech blew off the roof ( which wasn’t even needed) and charged me $99. They have not even tried to resolve the problems.
