Kris the sales rep was great! Giovanni & Francisco the manager's, explained the details of our job to our satisfaction. Roof and gutter solutions were able to get us an install appointment quickly. The installers were amazing. Very professional on time and completed our job in 4 day's. We're exceptionally grateful for the "ridge vent" system installed on our roof because now our upstairs attic and 2nd floor, is not "sweltering hot" anymore. Our new gutters are beautiful and the gutter crew installers were just as amazing as the roof crew. ❤️ We're happy and recommend this company.

The final Product is beautiful, the sun came out and the birds started singing and my house looks and feels like New ! Based on my age and the 50 year warranty I don't think I'll need them again but if I do? I'll be sure to get a price from them and you should too! Communication is key for any successful construction project. For me the language issue Spanish to English. However the crew did know enough English to help me through the adventure. There were a few missteps and mistakes along the way however I caught them early and they responded quickly at most the next day to correct the problem. I recommend with any project you have your project advocate on site the whole time. You can tell about the culture of a company by how the employee's feel about working for their Supervisor.

I had many problems with the original install. 4 of 5 miter joints leaked and were done very poorly, there was damage to one of my windows and to a lot of areas on my freshly painted barge board, a roof valley missed any gutter altogether, there were white fittings throughout my Linen colored gutter system, there were gaps in the Valor gutter guard and areas of the Valor were channeling water underneath the shingles along the barge board. The Production Manager, Don, contacted me right away however the conversation was very difficult. Don went on and on about people trying to take advantage of the company and came off like he was accusing me of trying to avoid paying the full agreed price. UPDATE: roof is now leaking very badly in multiple places with several inches of water pooling on the floor of our house. I advise you to STAY AWAY from this joke of a company Hired this company to replace our existing roof, which was a mistake. Things went good at first, roofers were polite. They sent nails through the roof and into our house in many places and came back and removed all of them (or so we thought) without fixing damage done to our ceilings. We have since discovered more nails, standing water on our roof that isn’t draining properly, and multiple leaks. Have tried contacting them many times the past few months, only to be told that “someone will call us the next day” (which never happens). This company delivered. We were in a tight spot financially, but did our due diligence to get three quotes from three different companies. These guys worked with us within our budget and got us the best deal for the funds we had. They were also extremely flexible in the timeline and were able to tarp the roof immediately to make sure the early spring rains didn’t affect us too much. The roofing crew was very professional and courteous — not only to us, but to our neighbors. The company truly is a trustworthy company with hardworking folks, which seems harder and harder to find these days.
