Eddie and his crew are friendly enough, but dropped the ball with my installation. Half of my houses downspouts were installed poorly. I initially called Eddie because I was not happy with the addition of a downspout on the back right side, rather than a Y as it was for over 20 years with no issue. The crew returned, but without a Y needed for this correction-so it stayed two downspouts. They said this was better, yet I never had any problems with the old configuration. Also, one downspout in the back is crooked. There is no good reason for this, other than a failure to measure or lack of basic skill. Also, several of the down spouts were hand crushed instead of crimped using a tool, which looks unprofessional, does not have a secure fit, and increases potential for clogs. Which brings

Super happy with the work! They were quick, efficient, and really easy to work with. Our gutters were a mess before and now they look brand new. It’s hard to find reliable local companies these days, but this is definitely one I’d call again.
