Could not be more impressed with the service I receive after 6 years of purchases. If I could give them 10 star rating I would.i highly recommend doing business with this company. I deal with Rufas and he is absolutely amazing. I receive my orders 5 days after placing them. Lightning fast!!!!!

Absolutely horrible (and fraudulent) customer service. I placed my order and after a month the order arrived but only partial. Send emails and tried to call with no connection or response until I was able to land someone on the sales line. I was very upset because I could not finish the installation without end caps which I later found out (3 months later) were an order from Germany. (at least that was their excuse) I have wasted so much time dealing with this company. Their online forms look professional and that can fool you into thinking this company knows what they are doing. Why list product that you do not have in stock? What they are good at doing is taking your money and not delivering. Update: purchase price was refunded after leaving 1-star review, thank you. Updated to 3-star for finally getting resolution. Buyer beware. Paid but never received my product. Won’t return email or voicemails. It was only a $20 order, but I should still get my product or a refund for a purchase made 9 months ago. If anyone from the company cares it’s order 964-81397.

My order was received 3/11/2020 and was in perfect condition! Taking a look at the reviews/complaints here and on other sites, I was compelled to write a review. I do not believe the general customer base understands that they are ordering custom-made products from a small-medium sized company. This may be coupled with recently improved packing and shipping practices. The products I received are very high quality and again were in perfect condition. Yes, it may take some time to get them, but they are making the products. I am a very satisfied customer and will return!

Can not get any response from the company regarding more than 1/2 of my order that is missing. They will not reply to any emails or support cases entered on their website. Update - Things did not improve after my first post. First of all the only way I got a response from them was by leaving a 1 star review here. When he called me after that, he was very apologetic and asked if I would reconsider my review after receiving the remainder of my order. He probably regrets asking that now. I asked for a direct number since they did not seem to respond to anything else and he did give me a cell number and he was fairly good responding to texts for a while. They first shipped all of the bulky items via freight. There was no indication of any backordered items and I could not get any respo
