My custom home was designed with very detailed wood finishes such as crown, base, wainscoting as well as coffered ceilings. Less than a year after completion all these detailed mouldings cracked at almost every seam. This issue was still covered by the builder’s guarantee and Osman Guzman was sent to correct this huge problem which affected every room in my house.
