I bought a washer and dryer from here years ago and it worked great. Dyer had stopped getting hot so i put it out and I went and got one from Mr Bob Saturday Morning and it works really good. Mr Bob is a great guy yall go check him out. Thanks Mr Bob

We bought an LG smart drum top load washer in May this year and paid $438 thinking we found something nice for a decent price. Here we are in August and kept getting an OE code. When I called the first number on our receipt, she directed me back to the store and was unable to reach anyone for 2 days. Luckily the lady that works there wrote her number down and I was able to contact her. We were told that after 60 days the owner would do nothing and directed us to an appliance repairman to assist. After 3 visits we learned that the replacement for the parts needed would cost what we paid for it! $438 wasted with three small children and the price of everything today is insane. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from here! It looks nice but I assure you it won’t last.

I had an issue with my dryer not getting hot. I thought it was my thermal fuse. Went to pick one up from here and Bob told me it more than likely wasn't the thermal fuse. He showed me what pieces to check on to fix. He was correct and I was able to get my dryer working again. He could of sold me a part I didn't need, but he took the time to ask what was going on and gave me great advice. Honest guy and company. Will definetly be doing business with them again

We had a very bad experience with this outfit. I bought a "refurbished" refrigerator from them for our tenant. They delivered and installed it timely enough, but tenants immediately informed us the ice maker didn't work. We spent weeks texting GQA who repeatedly promised to return and repair it - but never did. Ultimately I paid a third party to make a service call and fix it. True to pattern, GQA wouldn't reimburse me. Bottom line: they sold a faulty product and refused to make it right. Buyer beware.
