I called James to get on his schedule for a non-urgent routine septic pump and was put on the schedule within a few days. James was friendly and very easy to work with to schedule the service. His team was right on time, and only took about 30 minutes to complete the job. They also provided an assessment of my tank’s condition and a maintenance timeline with tips to keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend James and his team!

We needed help late afternoon. Called Henry. He and James were here within an hour. Had trouble finding our septic tank. They did not leave or give up. Helped find the tank and pumped it out.
