If you want to be made to feel like an idiot for trusting a company, this is the one for you. Paid them to do a water proofing job due in to an old broken trench drain system that was not draining properly and allowing water to flood our garage. Paul came out and assessed the situation and was very confident that all we needed was a new system installed. Because “the old one probably used to work.” I began to have issues upon the day of the install For one, Paul stated that they would be buying and installing the drains in 10 foot sections. Tried calling to inquire about an estimate about rodent removal & a crawl space waterproof and the response from the lady was offering me a spray for bugs outside my house…. Extremely frustrating conversation.

I paid $1000 last August for fire ant control for the year. Over the winter I didn’t need follow up service but the beginning of spring I started calling for the abundance of mounds coming up in my yard. My first issue was they came and wanted me to show them where the mounds were. I paid them a thousand dollars and I have a little less than an acre. That is not service. There were so many mounds that they really should have retreated the entire yard. My second issue is the next time they came He just ended up giving me the granuals because the grass was too high. I found out about the company through a friend referral & I'm glad I did. You are assigned a specific exterminator so that you know who's coming to your home each month. Kevin Y, is the absolute best! Very thorough when explaining the process. Great customer service. H&H as a company provides awesome communication if there's any changes. I've used H&H since March or so of this year and each encounter has been great!

I’ve recently moved to the area with my family in tow and purchased a home in Shelby, with that home came the task of waterproofing, as the home had major issues in that department. Our whole crawl space had to be redone/joists sistered/dehumidifier installed which was done and completed with a 10 yr warranty from a highly reputable company in Charlotte. Now because we love to support local where/when we can H & H (pest & waterproofing) is right here in town. So, we tasked them with getting our French drains replaced, and in correct working order for our garage to not flood consistently with heavier rain as we only had issues with flooding during heavy rain.
