H&H installed a new 50 gallon water heater. Excellent Service from A & N who showed up on time, explained the process and worked efficiently. The team was professional and friendly, did a great cleanup and had hot water restored in just a few hours. Very pleased with whole experience.

I have called H&H many times over the years for various reasons ranging from plumbing, furnace work, sump pump repair and recently installation of a wall mount space heater. Every time the technicians come, the are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable of what they're doing and explain the process as they go. Sometimes I think they know as much about my house as I do. Whenever I have an issue, I never hesitate to call H&H.

We have an old fuel oil furnace too expensive to replace and they know exactly how to fix it and always have the parts. They have saved us from the cold many times the last ten years. Jeremiah is the fuel oil furnace expert. And they always have a live person when we call during business hours. Hard to find a decent repair service these days that you can trust. We are very lucky to have a business like this in the area.

It was supposed to be an estimate, I did most of the work myself and when the plumber showed up he finished putting it together for me since I had all my parts put together. He cut one pipe and replaced it with pex which leaked once he left and I turned the water back on. He left another piece of pex, which I cut longer and it worked with no leaks. They charged me $145 for the labor. But they get 4 stars because the fella did help and they were all very pleasant to deal with. I think if he brought the tools and stuff he needed to actually put things together everything would have worked the way it was supposed to and not leaked.
