H. Jack Langer Plumbing & Heating Western New York

I've had several big jobs done by this company over the space of a few yrs. I find the techs to be very knowledgable, polite, respectful and very patient. They have always taken the time to answer my questions. It's rare now-a-days to see these qualities and I'm always very pleased with their completed jobs. I will continue to call H. Jack Langer for all my heating and plumbing needs. They also clean up their work area nicely. Another rarity these days. Kristian is so very patient. Great job guys !

We have used H.Jack's a few times now for our furnace, and have had experience with Angelo, TJ, Kris, and Aaron and all of them were super professional, patient in explaining things, making sure the job was done right and as efficient as possible. They just installed a new furnace and stuck to the original quote they gave my mom, and were super professional and courteous. We will continue to use them

Called for furnace service and they were out within a few hours. Kris and Landen did a great job! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using H. Jack Langer plumbing & heating again.

$750 for 30 minutes of actual work. The boys they sent walked around for the first 30 minutes looking for a sewer clean out and were said to be unsuccessful. Pulled my toilet and ran a 50ft snake and deemed the problem fixed. Refused any type of guarantee because of an alleged tampon extracted(that wasn’t shown to me & they took my garbage from the bathroom - weird). The house has been empty for 2 years and at that time we’ve lived here for just over a week, previously 2 men lived here. My house is around 75 yards from the main sewer line at the road, deeming a major blockage as fixed after not even passing through to the sewer line just outside the house seems incomplete. I feel I was taken advantage of for mediocre service, $750 for 1.5 hours and the use of a drain snake is absolutely

Called at 6am with no heat…. The gentleman that answered the phone was super polite even assured me they would be to my place around 8:30. They showed up on schedule and had my furnace working within a half hour after getting the part…… they will be my go to for all my heating and cooling needs….. i highly recommend.
