One of the things that impressed us most was how seamlessly Jonathan coordinated with other vendors. Thank goodness we have H&R Building Construction on our team! They have been so helpful with everything from storm damage to water intrusion issues. They are always willing to help and have access to all the equipment needed to maintain our high rise property.

When I was on the board of our HOA, we hired H&R for several projects. Their quality was the best. After the tenants moved out of a house I own, I decided to enhance with an addition. I hired H&R because I want quality at a fair price. Jonathan and his team did not disappoint! Quality, trustworthy, (and nice).

H&R building and construction as well as the painting and the roofing end and their window and are highly recommended! We’ve done so much work with them over the last four years. They’ve repaired all of my milestone issues as well as many other major and minor stucco and concrete cracking issues throughout my four story 18 unit condo in St. Petersburg Florida. They are wonderful. I had them bid against six of the vendors for the first shower date with them. And they blew them away. Give them a shot. I really really love dealing with them. Jonathan Hernandez is the owner of the company and he is fully involved Even though they are a very large company. It’s nice having the owner be there and be involved. give them a shot. You won’t regret it.

Jonathan and his team completed a drainage project for me this year. They did an excellent job completing the project as well as great cleanup after. Jonathan did an amazing job looking at the existing drainage issues and providing smart and nice looking solutions. I’d highly recommend H&R Construction- they are a great combination of fair prices and very detailed competent work.
