H & T Carpet

We used H&T Carpet to replace our old carpet in the house and on the stairs. From start to finish, H&T Carpet was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We replaced the stairs with laminate flooring to match our engineered hardwood, yet to be more durable. They turned out beautifully and were completed in less than a full day! The carpet replacement took a full day and turned out perfectly! They did a great job removing, installing and cleaning up! They even moved around the heavy furniture for us, which was a huge relief. I’d definitely recommend H&T Carpet for all of your flooring needs.

We got carpet and LVP from H&T and had a great experience! Chad Koch was our sales rep, and was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier. Prices were fair. Install was quick and the crews cleaned up well. I’d use H&T for our next project without hesitation and will recommend them to everyone!

BUYER BEWARE!! We were completely scammed by this company! We purchased specific brands and styles and were charged for them, but when we showed up unexpectedly during install we found them installing different, MUCH CHEAPER, versions of what we ordered. The sales person would not provide us with manufacturer information regardless of repeated requests. He would not give us a written itemization of what we ordered or the costs, and when we told him we would not pay the remainder of the balance until the purchased items were installed and we had an itemized receipt, he refused to do either and put a lien in our home.

We recently had H&T Carpets install hardwood flooring on the entire second floor of our home. We could not have been more satisfied with the service, cost, and attentiveness of their team. From our sales representative, Chad, to the installation team, they were exemplary. I was appreciative of the great communication throughout the process and the installation crew was efficient and cleaned after each work day.
