JD walked the property with us, listened carefully to our concerns, and developed a plan to divert the water away from the house and protect the foundation. The solution included a French drain along the base of the hill where water used to collect, with our gutters feeding directly into it. They also built a retaining wall that guides water exactly where it should go, preventing washed-out soil and grass. We discovered that our home was settling into our basement causing cracks in the upstairs walls. Calling H2O Proof lead us to a quick and permanent solution. They not only were able to identify the issue but also corrected back to the original quality that was supposed to have been all along. We had a beam put into the middle of the house and jacked up the upper floor to re-level the house. I had a Bradford Pear tree damage my house’s foundation with its roots. H20 Proof came out, inspected the damage, provided an excellent solution at a fair price. These people were great! Their tech came out a few days later and performed the agreed upon work. He was polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly.
