Hagen's Junk Removal

Scheduled a pickup over the weekend and they got my huge TV and stand out of the house early Monday morning! Great courteous service and fair pricing! I'd definitely recommend Hagen's for your junk removal needs! I'll definitely use them again!

I'm giving Hagen's three stars because while, overall, they did remove the items I requested, they definitely did a fair bit of damage in the process. When I asked about how the company goes about repaing damage they caused, the crew's response was "we just knock a little off the bill." Not thrilled about that but the crew did work quickly, showed up on time and were polite. I'll most likely try a different company next time.

Honest, Helpful, and Truly Professional We had Hagen’s Trash Removal come out recently, and from start to finish, they were everything you’d hope for—friendly, helpful, and impressively clean. They even took the time to cover their feet before stepping into our home. That kind of respect for our space did not go unnoticed. But what really stood out—what truly earned our respect—was their integrity. We had paid in cash and accidentally overpaid by $100. We didn’t realize it… but they did. And about 30 minutes later, they showed back up. At first, we were confused—until they walked up and handed us back the money, no questions asked. No hesitation. Just honesty. Communication was great with these guys. They spent time in the first call providing information and what we could expect. Taylor always let us know the schedule and sent receipts promptly. We threw a big job at them — remote location, stairs, heavy items, and mice! They did a really nice, thorough job.
