Zachary Jenkins came out and did and inspection on a house that I’m in the process of buying. He showed up on time, less than 18 hours after initial contact. He took the time to explain every bit of what he found and gave me several avenues moving forward that I could take to repair the deficiencies. He works quickly, confidently, and professionally.
