We had a shingle roof and decided on a metal Roof . Varni Roofing put a metal Roof on our 1955 yr old home . From day one Varni Roofing was very professional, Great Craftsmanship, clean, during and after the job was completed. Estimate time to complete the job was 5 days . Our roof had shingles which were removed . The Job was completed in Two days . All the metal was cut to size on site . Varni Roofing is by far a AAA Company. They are experienced in all facets of roof replacing or repair. Very friendly, communicates well and have an outstanding replacement or repair crew. We bought a couple of houses in Seguin in February of last year. Both had ugly, but non-leaking roofs at the time, and we planned to replace both this fall. All that changed when the insurance company (same one that had insured the houses for the past 15 years) canceled the insurance for having old roofs. We called Varni Roofing and Chris was out there within a couple of hours. They gave us a great price, and a couple of weeks later the materials were in. Despite a surprise downpour that wasn't forecast the day of the install (they covered it with a large tarp), Varni roofing got both roofs replaced quickly and kept us informed throughout. I'll work with them again in a heartbeat.

Varni and his crew did a fantastic job! Was patient and courteous discussing all my options.Only One day to knock it out. Also he advised me to let my home insurance know and they reduced my rate by 60$ a month. Also replaced some rotting wood at minimal cost. Thanks again Mr Varni!
