Was having issues with our HVAC unit not cooling our home. I setup an appointment with Lonestar Air Services through google scheduling. Was a very easy user friendly scheduling process. Cody came by yesterday afternoon, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me and my wife in depth details on what was causing the problem, and how he was going to fix it. Was transparent with pricing, and gave clear options for future maintenance and warranty. Got us back up in running in less than an hour. Great service at an affordable price, even offered a veterans discount. I highly recommend Lonestar Air Services, and Cody.

My unit wasn't blowing cold air. While waiting for technician to show up at my house, I went and bought a capacitor to replace it before the technician got to my house. When I got back to the house the technician had arrived 5 minutes before I got there. I explained to him that I was going to change the capacitor real quick before he got started. He seemed to understand but then I heard his truck start and him drive away. I called lone Star and at the same time hopped in my truck to try to flag the guy down. He said he misunderstood me and tried knocking on the door and I explained to him that I couldn't hear a door knock because I was in the backyard changing the capacitor on the unit. Cody did a wonderful job! They were super quick to answer the phone and schedule me for an urgent issue with my heating system same day. Very courteous, professional, and great communication throughout from scheduling, to explaining the issue, to end of service. Highly recommend this company!

They got us in their schedule right away! We signed up for the membership because the price is more than fair and they are trustworthy!
